Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at most of our store locations. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email or SMS to arrange a pickup time.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 7-day change of mind return policy for most furniture and homewares, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Many of our items are designed for easy home assembly. However, for larger pieces, we offer a premium 'White Glove' delivery service in select metropolitan areas which includes assembly and rubbish removal.

How do I care for my timber or outdoor furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your furniture, we recommend regular dusting and avoiding direct sunlight. For outdoor timber, applying a specialized furniture oil every 6-12 months will help protect it from the Australian elements.
